In May, 2010 I decided to become a Jogger. I was doing it to lose the 8% of body fat that I need to in order to be considered "lean" and to jog my first 5k. In October, 2010 I met one of my goals and jogged my first 5k! In 2011, I jogged my 2nd 5k and my first ever 10k!! My goal for 2012 has switched from a focus on jogging to a focus on muscle building so that I can get closer to my 8% goal!
