Day 317

Tonight was the first RAD class of the week. Because I knew that I wouldn't be able to work out in the evenings, I walked around the building with Michelle at lunch. I think we managed to do a full mile. It killed my heels though. My flats were definitely NOT made for walking laps. UGH! On my way back to the office, I swung by the Fitness Zone to use thier scale. Mine at home has been acting weird so when it showed me at 122 lbs this morning, it made me curious. I have not been exercising regularly and haven't been great with my diet so iti seems strange to me that I would have lost weight. Anyways, I wore a light sundress so the scale in the FZ should be pretty accurrate. The guy working there checked to be sure it was adjusted properly before I stepped on. It showed that I was actuall 120 lbs!! How crazy is that?! That's almost 7 lbs since October. Everyone says that its because I am losing muscle, which is really not good. :(
